5000L Automatic Brew House System
Introduction：
• Rainbowis a professional manufacturer and leading exporter of craft beer brewing equipment, cold coffee brewing equipment, distilling equipment and other fermentation system.
• We design and produce fermentation system from 100L up to 50000L.
• Brewery system capacity from 1000L upto 50000L. A complete line includes malt milling and augersystem, brewhouse system, fermentation system, CIP system, cooling system, control system andfilling system. Brewhouse can be 2 vessel upto 4 vessel, with HLT and CLT tanks optional.
• Can produce barreled fresh beer, can also achieve glass bottles, cans, tinplate and other filling, sterilization. The equipment adopts automatic control, which can realize continuous multi-batch feeding.
• Brewhouse with 2/3/4 vessels and hot liquor tank (cold liquor tank), and with the heating method steam, gas direct fire or electric for option.
3 vessel：mash tun, lauter tun, Brew kettle/ whirlpool tank.
2 vessel：Mash/Lauter tun + Brew kettle/Whirlpool
BREWHOUSE:
• Mash tun with agitator, hydrator and grist case for option
• Lauter tun with rake, plow and scraper
• False bottom thickness 5mm, 0.7mm V-shape gaps, divided into pieces making easy taking out.
• Can be designed for high plato brewing.
• Wort collection ring
• Glass type wort grant after lautering
• Boiling kettle/whirlpool with reduced tangential inlet
• Wort outlet with trubs dam
FERMENTATION:
• Material: SUS304/316
• Volume: With 25% head space
• Jackets: Dimple cooling jackets on both cone and side wall.
• Insulation: polyurethane 100mm
• Side mounted manhole
• EPDM gaskets
• Interior finish: mirror polishing or pickled passivated
• Interior polish to 0.4μm without dead corner
• 100% TIG argon welding
• Tank and jackets tested by water and gas
• Pressure tank
