Introduction

• Brewhouse with 2/3/4 vessels and hot liquor tank (cold liquor tank), and with the heating method steam, gas direct fire or electric for option.

• Small footprint, high utilization rate.

• We do customized brewery as per brewer’s preference, and we work together from the design/layout/size to finalize the perfect brewery.

Brewhouse system:

-2 veseels: 

Mash/lauter tun +Brew kettle/whirlpool

Mash/brew kettle+Lauter/whirlpool

• Mash lauter tun with rake, plow, scraper inside; hydrator and also grist case for option on top.

• False bottom thickness 5mm, 0.7mm V-shape gaps, divided into pieces making easy taking out.

• Can be designed for high plato brewing.

• Wort collection ring

• Glass type wort grant after lautering

• Boiling kettle/whirlpool with reduced tangential inlet

• Wort outlet with trubs dam

• Manual or Automatic water mixing system

Fermentation: 

Material: SUS304/316

Volume: With 25% head space

Jackets: Dimple cooling jackets on both cone and side wall.

Insulation: polyurethane 100mm

Top--side mounted manhole

EPDM gaskets

Interior finish: mirror polishing or pickled passivated

Interior polish to 0.4μm without dead corner

100% TIG argon welding

Tank and jackets tested by water and gas
